REGULAR MEETING OF BOARD

November 8 2010

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hay River will meet in regular session on Monday, November 8, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hay River Town Hall.


AGENDA

  1. Meeting called to order and verified legally posted by Chairman Stanley Andrews.


  1. Clerk will read the minutes of the October regular meeting.


  1. Treasurer’s report will be given by Sue Hitz.

    1. Update delinquent personal property taxes & dogs.

    2. Update on special charges submitted for addition to the tax roll (solid waste, snow plow and fire calls)


  1. Set late charge for unpaid 2011 solid waste invoices @ $25.00.

  2. Comments from the public for discussion purposes only.


  1. Road projects and discussion with Patrolman.

  2. Discuss summer road projects progress.

  3. Discuss and act on sand & salt for coming winter season.


  1. Discuss Patrolman wage/benefit for remainder of 2010 (post probation) and for 2011 contract. Set closed session meeting if needed.

  2. Set wage for Solid Waste/Recycling Site attendant for 2011.


  1. Complete comparison of prevailing wage for WI Towns.



  1. Discussion of correspondence, meetings, announcements.


  1. Update from Plan Commission meetings.

  2. Review building permits issued/inspection reports.

  3. Clerk will present vouchers and checks to be approved and signed along with a motion to pay bills.

  4. Agenda items for next meeting on Dec. 13th.


8:00 p.m. – Budget Hearing and Special Meeting.

REGULAR MEETING MAY RECONVENE AFTER BUDGET HEARING IF NEEDED.
